CNC Hop-Up Chamber for M4 / M16

The Pro-Win CNC hop-up chamber is a top-tier upgrade for airsoft M4 (AR-15) AEG rifles. It is made from aircraft-grade aluminum using precise CNC machining, eliminating weak points in the material that can occur in cheaper cast chambers. The chamber features a hard anodized finish in cobalt blue, enhancing its durability and giving it a unique appearance. Thanks to the adjustment ring, it offers stable hop-up tuning without unintended loosening. This chamber set a new standard for hop-up regulation in AEG M4/M16 rifles.
The package includes a nylon pressure arm, the adjustment ring, a locking latch for the ring, an O-ring for smooth rotation, a barrel lock, and a lever pin. This system allows for quick hop-up rubber replacement and easy maintenance of the inner barrel. It is one of the most widely used and popular hop-up chambers, known for its high precision, durability, and stable performance, provided the hop-up rubber is properly sealed and the nozzle length is optimal (typically 21.3-21.5 mm).

Installation Tips

  • Before inserting the barrel with the hop-up rubber into the chamber, lightly lubricate the outer part of the rubber with silicone oil (avoid oil inside the rubber or on its lip).
  • The barrel should slide in with minimal resistance (without forceful pushing).
  • Secure the barrel in the chamber using the locking clip.
  • Install the pressure arm along with the pressure segment (not included) and secure it with the pin.
  • Ensure the hop-up rubber is properly aligned (the mound is centered).
  • Install the O-ring, then the adjustment ring, and secure it with the locking latch.
  • The rubber lip should not extend into the chamber feed area (this would restrict airflow).
  • The nozzle should press firmly against the rubber lip but not obstruct BB feeding.
  • To prevent chamber wobbling, use the included screw or purchase additional O-rings.
