Helmet Mount for NVG PVS 14 / 15 / 18 by FMA

Instructions

A. Attaching the Night Vision Device (NVD-NOD) to the Mount

• Align the NVD-NOD approximately at your eye level.
• Slide the dovetail attachment point on the top of the NVD-NOD into the dovetail on the bottom of the mount until it clicks.

B. Releasing the Night Vision Device from the Mount

• Turn the safety release knob 120 degrees clockwise.
• Pull the NVD-NOD away from the mount to safely release it.

C. Adjusting the Tilt and Height

• Tilt: Adjust the tilt angle of the goggles by turning the lever.
• Height: Adjust the vertical position by turning the knob.

D. Eye Relief

• Press down the lever and slide the mount forward or backward to adjust the eye relief.

Attaching the Mount to the Helmet

• Slide the bottom of the mount into the bottom of the helmet bracket.
• Snap the top of the mount back until it locks into place.

Simple and Secure Detachment

• Press the button at the bottom of the helmet bracket with your thumb.
• Use your fingers to tilt the unit downward and release it from the helmet.
