The main motto of Nite Ize is that no thing is so small or simple that it cannot be improved. A typical example: an auxiliary carabiner! After a thorough examination, they found two ways to improve this type of carabiner. First, they developed the SLIDELOCK® lock, which locks the carabiner lock by simply sliding the lock over the lock wire. The second improvement is the change of carabiner shape from classic tubular to flat. You save space, the carabiner is immediately more compact, you can hang things with a narrower diameter on it and it slips into your pocket almost by itself. Thanks to the material used, it is still strong and durable enough. The SlideLock carabiner is available in four sizes: #6 for the biggest things, #4 perfect for belt loops or a backpack, #3 and #2 for smaller things like keys and also suitable for fastening on a zipper slider.
