The M32 PLUS electronic tactical headset from EARMOR offers top-tier hearing protection, allowing you to shield your ears from harmful noise while still being able to hear your surroundings and communicate with your team. This headset features built-in active hearing protection, making it invaluable in high-noise environments such as shooting ranges, where exposure to excessive noise could pose long-term hearing damage risks. The headset functions by capturing sounds through two directional microphones and reproducing them through internal speakers, allowing users to hear their surroundings while protecting their hearing. Harmful noise is limited to a safe 82 dB, while low-level sounds are amplified.
The headset utilizes a detachable bidirectional microphone for communication, ensuring it does not obstruct aiming. For connecting to communication devices such as radios or walkie-talkies, it uses a cable with a MIL-STD 4-pin plug (commonly known as Nexus TP-120 / 7.0 NATO), which must be connected to a compatible PTT switch depending on the radio’s connector type.
EARMOR has risen in recent years to the level of a professional military communication systems manufacturer, producing high-end military headsets such as the MARK3. Their products are designed to meet the strictest certification standards and military requirements. This set includes a classic headband for wearing the headset with a cap, hat, or directly on your head, as well as ARC rail adapters for mounting on tactical helmets such as FAST, MICH, and AirFrame.
