Precision Inner Barrel by Maple Leaf

The tight precision barrel by Maple Leaf ensures better grouping, higher accuracy, and extended range due to the reduced space around the BB as it travels through the barrel. This stabilizes the BB and reduces oscillation, improving shot consistency. Additionally, more air remains behind the BB, enabling it to exit the barrel at a higher muzzle velocity. For optimal results, the manufacturer recommends pairing this barrel with Maple Leaf hop-up buckings. The barrel is crafted from chrome-plated brass.

In short, the longer the barrel or the heavier the BB, the more air is needed from the cylinder. This is why various cylinder designs with or without ports are available. For gas guns, the power of the gas used or the HPA regulator output must also be factored in.
