CAT Tourniquet Pouch by Helikon-Tex

The modern tourniquet pouch by Helikon-Tex is designed for carrying CAT-style tourniquets and is an essential part of any medical or combat loadout. Thanks to its quick and easy access via a hook-and-loop flap with an anti-slip tab, you can deploy your tourniquet even under stress or while wearing gloves. On the sides of the pouch are two elastic loops for carrying a permanent marker, which is used to log the time of application on the tourniquet. This feature significantly enhances the functionality of any field medical system. The pouch can be MOLLE/PALS-mounted or worn on a standard belt up to 45 mm wide. Its smart construction allows for both vertical and horizontal carry to suit your setup.
