The MAVERICK-IV 1x20 is a compact, rugged red dot ideal for both range use and airsoft. Its 3 MOA red dot covers roughly the height of a lighter at 100 yards (91.4 m), making it perfect for fast and accurate target acquisition. The sight offers 10 brightness levels to handle everything from bright daylight to low-light environments. The rubber-coated body provides a secure grip and enhances impact and scratch resistance. It also includes a killflash (honeycomb cover) to reduce glare and protect the front lens — in airsoft, it also serves as one-shot protection against incoming BBs. The 41 mm mount height delivers a lower-1/3 co-witness with standard iron sights. According to the manufacturer, the optic is even rated to handle .308 (7.62) recoil. The side battery compartment allows convenient replacement without re-zeroing. The new Maverick Gen4 design features digital brightness controls and a more powerful LED.

Warning

The included killflash provides one-time protection against hits and lens penetration from medium distances. Full lens protection by killflash cannot be guaranteed when hit from a distance of 5–10 meters, depending on the weapon's velocity. After each hit, the killflash must be replaced to maintain its protective function (a replacement killflash is listed in the recommended accessories). For higher lens protection during airsoft, we recommend purchasing a hardened protective lens for red dot sights with a 28–30 mm objective lens from Vector Optics. While it is also single-use, it is more durable than a killflash.
