The MAVERICK 1x22 Gen3 is a compact and robust sight designed for range use as well as airsoft gameplay. Its 3 MOA red dot covers roughly the height of a lighter at 91.4 meters (100 yards), providing fast and accurate target acquisition. The optic features 11 brightness levels for everything from bright daylight to dim environments. The rugged rubber-armored exterior offers comfortable handling and improves resistance to scratches and impacts. Included is a killflash (honeycomb protector), which reduces glare and provides airsoft-safe protection against BB impacts. The 41 mm mounting height gives a lower-1/3 co-witness with standard iron sights. According to the manufacturer, the optic also handles .308 (7.62) recoil. The side battery drawer allows battery replacement without re-zeroing the optic.

Warning

The included killflash provides one-time protection against medium-range impacts. It cannot guarantee full protection at distances of 5–10 meters, depending on the rifle’s power. After each direct hit, the killflash must be replaced to maintain its protective function (a replacement killflash is available in recommended accessories). For improved lens protection during airsoft, we recommend adding a tempered protective lens for 28–30 mm optics by Vector Optics — also single-use, but more durable than a killflash.
