PBS-1 42x205 mm Suppressor by FMA

This non-functional imitation suppressor gives weapons the perfect Tacticool look, serving as a decoration. It does not actually suppress sound, as noise in AEG weapons is generated inside the gearbox by the impacts of the piston and gear rotation. For manual and gas weapons (GBB, GBBR, HPA), partial noise suppression can be achieved with foam inserts inside the suppressor. However, it is also essential to dampen the weapon's internal mechanics. The most effective noise reduction is achieved with EPeS foam inserts, specifically tailored for the suppressor type or diameter.
The suppressor can also be used to house a longer inner barrel. To ensure better accuracy, it is important to secure and center the protruding inner barrel in the suppressor (e.g., with centering inserts of the appropriate diameter).
With its 14mm counter-clockwise (CCW) thread, the suppressor is easily installed on most airsoft weapons.
