F101 Stealth Identification Beacon by EARMOR is a top-notch tool with LED diodes to enhance your field safety. It is powered by 1 CR123A battery and provides an impressive runtime of 200 hours (tested in green constant light mode).
With a three-position switch (off/steady/flash), you can easily turn on the light and select the desired lighting mode.
A special mode switch allows toggling between visible light and IR mode (visible with night vision goggles).
The function switch features a nub for easy operation even with gloves. The mode switch has a smaller similar nub, but you can also just remember that visible light is front and IR is rear, assuming the light is mounted correctly. The beacon also provides vibrating feedback when the IR mode is activated, confirming it is on even when not visible.
